Dennis Freeman has nearly twenty years of mining tax experience in his thirty year career. He now provides unique and personalized tax services to the U.S. mining industry. These include reviews of percentage depletion computations to maximize savings, tax compliance, assistance in dealing with taxing authorities from all levels of government, integrated tax planning, implementation of tax aspects of sustainable development and assistance with short term staffing needs.

Dennis' professional experience includes both a "Big Four" professional service firm's natural resources practice, with a client base including major gold mining and cement manufacturing companies as well as smaller mining companies. These clients included aggregate and limestone operations. Several of these clients had foreign parent companies. Dennis has also managed the corporate tax departments of major gold mining and cement manufacturing companies.

Dennis has dealt with tax issues facing mining companies in Alaska, California, Nevada, Montana, Utah and Texas. He has been involved with mines producing gold, silver, limestone, gilsonite and gravel. He has extensive cement industry experience.
