Dennis
Freeman has been preparing U.S. Income Tax Returns, and providing tax advise, for American expatriates for over
twenty five years. He has both spoken to professional
groups about expatriate taxation and written articles in professional journals on the subject.
Dennis Freeman has over thirty five years of tax experience. Dennis's background includes time in a "Big Four" professional services firm with a client base including major multinational
companies. Dennis has also managed the tax functions of large gold mining, engineering & construction management and cement manufacturing companies, all with
expatriate employees and tax equalization
progams.
In addition to experience in tax return preparation and tax planning
for expatriate individuals, Dennis has managed the tax equalization
program and the relocation "gross-up" progam for a major multinational engineering and construction management company. This included calculating the U.S. and foreign income tax
on expatriates, and the effecto of tax equalization on project bids. Dennis also has extensive experience representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and other
taxing authorities.

U.S. Federal tax returns for expatriate U.S. taxpayers, with goal of maximizing the various exclusions (earned income and
housing) and credits available. I may be retained by either the company or the employee and for one return or for large groups
of these employees.
